We Believe

There is only one God. God is the creator and ruler of the universe. He is omniscient, omnipotent and omnipresent. He exists eternally in three persons: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. The three are co-equal and are one God. He is perfect in its many attributes of holiness, love, power, knowledge, justice and mercy.

Genesis 1: 1, 26, 27, 3:22 / 2 Corinthians 13:14 / Psalm 90: 2 1 / Peter 1: 2 / Matthew 28:19

Jesus Christ:

Jesus Christ is the Son of God. He is co-equal with the Father. He is God made man. He was born of a virgin. He lived a sinless human life and offered himself, dying on the cross as the perfect sacrifice for the sins of all people. He rose from the dead after three days to demonstrate His power over sin and death. He went up the glory of heaven and will return to earth to reign as King of Kings and Lord of Lords.

Matthew 1: 22-23 / John 1: 1-5; 14: 10-30 / Isaiah 9: 6 1 / Timothy 6: 14-15 / Romans 1: 3-4 / Titus 2:13 / Acts 1: 9-11 / 1 Corinthians 15: 3-4

Holy Spirit:

The Holy Spirit is co-equal with the Father and the Son. It is our divine helper, assistant, adviser and instructor. He is present in the world to raise awareness of men to the need for Jesus Christ. He also lives in every Christian from the conversion. It empowers Christian living, understanding of spiritual truth and guidance in doing what is right, gives all believers spiritual gifts. As Christians we seek to live under their control and filled with Him.

2 Corinthians 3:17 / 1 Corinthians 2:12; 3:16 / Acts 1: 8 / John 16: 7-13; 14: 16-27 / Ephesians 1:13; 5:18 / Galatians 5:25

Word of God / Bible:

the Bible is the Word of God for us. It was written by men, under the supernatural guidance of the Holy Spirit. It is alive, active, powerful and has the ability to judge the desires and thoughts of the heart. It is the supreme source of truth for faith and practice of the life of Christians.

Because it is inspired by God, the Bible is the truth without any mixture of error. 2 Peter 1: 20-21 Proverbs 30: 5 Hebrews 4:12 Psalm 119: 105.160

Human beings:

People are made in the spiritual image of God, to be like Him in character. As the supreme creation of God, we were formed with dignity.

Although every person has tremendous potential for good, all of us are marred by an attitude of disobedience toward God. This is called sin. This attitude separates people from God and causes many problems for life. Genesis 1:27 Isaiah 53: 6; 59: 1-2 Psalm 8: 3-6 Romans 3:23

Salvation is the free gift of God to us. But we can only receive this gift through repentance of sins and faith in Jesus Christ. Repentance means to leave sin and turn to Jesus.

We can never deliver us from sin through good works, charities or improve behavior.Only by trusting in Jesus Christ as God's offer of forgiveness can anyone be saved from sin's penalty. Eternal life begins the moment we receive Jesus by faith in our lives.

Romans 6:23; 5 1 / Titus 3: 5 / Galatians 3:26 / John 14: 6; 1:12 / Ephesians 2: 8-9

eternal security:

Because God gives us eternal life through Jesus Christ, the true believer is secure in salvation for eternity. If you have been genuinely saved, you can not lose salvation.Salvation is maintained by the grace and power of God and not by the effort of the Christian. The power and grace of God enables us to persevere in faith to the end.Hebrews 7:25 2

Timothy 1:12 / John 10: 28-29 / Hebrews 10:10 1 / Peter 1: 3-5 II / Cor 1: 21-22

People were created to live forever. We can live eternally separated from God by sin, or eternally with God through forgiveness and salvation. To be eternally separated from God, it means hell. To be eternally in union with God means eternal life. Heaven and hell are realities of eternal existence.

John 3:16 / Romans 6:23 / Romans 8: 17-18 / Revelation 20:15

Baptism is an ordinance of the Church. It is an illustration, a symbolic act. Baptism by immersion illustrates death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ. It is an illustration of death (when you are immersed in water) to your old way of life and rebirth (when you exit the water) to his new life with Jesus Christ. Baptism does not make you a believer, but it shows that you are already a believer. Baptism does not save you. Only by faith in Jesus is that you are saved. Baptism is like a wedding ring: it is a commitment of the symbol that you've done in your heart. We do not baptize babies because they have not yet aware of sin and the plan of salvation through Jesus therefore does not have the ability to make a commitment to Christ. The biblical sequence is: believe first and then be baptized.

Mark 1: 9-11 / Mark 16: 15-16 / Matthew 28: 18-20 / Matthew 3: 13-17 / Colossians 2:12 / Acts 8:12

Lord's Supper:

The Lord's Supper is an ordinance of the Church.

She was institutionalized when the Lord Jesus celebrated the Passover meal before his crucifixion.

We carry out the Lord's Supper regularly sacrifice of remembrance of the death of Jesus Christ for our sins.

It is a proclamation of Jesus' death and a promise of his second round.

We ask that only those who have made a profession of faith in Jesus and were baptized, participate in the Lord's Supper.

Elements "bread and grape juice" are used as symbols of the body of Christ and his blood that was shed for the forgiveness of sins.

1 Corinthians 11: 31-32 / 1 Corinthians 5: 11-13 / Matthew 26: 26-29

The priesthood of every believer:

Each person has direct access to God.

For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus. Therefore, the Church does not have a separate class of priests. All members are made "holy priesthood" through the death of Christ.

The church is a holy priesthood, offering spiritual sacrifices.

We practice the truth that every believer is a minister and encourage them to find a place of service and ministry.

Revelation 1: 5-6 / Ephesians 4: 11-12 1 / Timothy 2: 5 / Romans 12: 1/1 Peter 2: 5

Is the term used in the New Testament most often to describe a group of people who profess faith in Jesus Christ, meeting regularly to worship him, celebrating God's presence; to minister to each other's lives, demonstrating the love of God; for discipling, educating the followers of Jesus Christ; to fellowship, unifying the family of God and to preach the gospel, sharing the Word and love of God with nonbelievers.

Christ is recognized as the head of our church, and not any other person, group or religious organization, while recognizing the value of associations and cooperation with other groups of Christians, we believe that every local church should be self-governing and independent of any kind denominational control.

Colossians 1:18 / Acts 15 / Matthew 22: 37-40 / Matthew 28: 19-20

We believe in the personal existence and the limited power of Satan, the devil, god of this world, prince of the air power: the father of lies, ancient serpent, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience. We believe that Satan was defeated at the cross and their time of operation is counted.

However he works incessantly aiming defeat believers in Jesus Christ, trying them, seducing them, seeking to disarm them, divide them, accuse them and drive them away from the faith, and many other tricks and traps. We believe that the Christian is assured daily victory over Satan and his wiles, through vigilant prayer, unswerving faith in the Word of God and an attitude of resistance to the Devil's attacks.

The believer can be oppressed by the devil, but not that he possessed. Satan can never snatch the son of God. still we believe that the devil is not omnipresent nor omniscient nor omnipotent; his evil empire will be destroyed at the return of Christ to reign one thousand years on earth. Satan will remain chained throughout the millennium and, after a brief period of freedom, is forever cast into the lake of fire and brimstone with all his angels.

Luke 22: 31-32 / John 14:30 / Ephesians 2: 2; 6: 10-12 / 2 Corinthians 4: 4; 11: 1-4, 13-15 1 / Timothy 3: 6-7 / 2 Timothy 2:26 / 1 Peter 5: 8-9 1 / John 5: 18-19 / Revelation 12: 10-12

Eternal destiny:

The saved

We believe that everyone who believes in the Son of God will not be judged, but has passed from death to life.

We believe in the bodily resurrection of the faithful, after which every believer will stand before the Judgment Seat of Christ to receive or not a reward according to their works.

The believers will reign on earth with the Lord Jesus Christ for a millennium.

We believe that God has prepared new heavens and new earth, where believers will dwell in eternal and perfect happiness with the Lord.

Of unbelievers

We believe that the wicked will be resurrected after the millennial reign of Christ (second resurrection) to present himself before the Great White Throne and receive their just and eternal condemnation (judgment).

On that day every knee will bow and every tongue confess that Christ is Lord.

We believe in hell, eternal punishment of all who did not believe in the Gospel; eternal separation, conscious and painful of God; the lake of fire and sulfur where Satan also and his angels, and the beast and the false prophet will be thrown.
